The process is the following.
A – All the contributions submitted are peer-reviewed. Authors are immediately notified about acceptance or rejection.
B – The contributions submitted for poster sessions are usually accepted as they are.
C – The 13 invited sessions with 5 papers for each session are set up. This task is under responsibility of sessions chairmen. Since in most of the cases more than 5 contributions were submitted for each session the contributions excluded are proposed for poster or oral sessions.
D – The papers submitted for oral sessions are clustered to create homogeneous thematic sessions. For the moment 20 oral sessions are under preparation, with 6 contributions for each session. The total number of sessions could be eventually higher.
E – The first draft version of the detailed program is published, comments from authors are received (for example requests to move one contribution from one session to an other) and used (as far as possible) to amend the program.
F – The final detailed program is released with rooms allocation and timing details.
The process is under responsibility of the Steering Committee, also on the basis of the input from the Scientific Committee.
